Joy is Palpable
Today is the day we have been looking forward to for months—the day we get to meet the campers!
Amen and Alleluia!
Last night we arrived at Habitation of Hope in the dark and were greeted by Gari, Oscar, Stewart, Lucy and Alice. We got a quick tour of the grounds and our sleeping accommodations before heading to dinner followed by an early bedtime after two days of traveling.
Starting our Journey!
It feels today as if God has parted the Red Sea, enabling our team to depart from San Francisco to make the long journey to Zimbabwe! Our journey will involve an overnight layover in Doha, Qatar.
Commissioned and Ready
On Sunday our team was commissioned and prayed for during the New Community Church Sunday service. We feel your love and support! After months preparing for this Kingdom adventure we feel ready!
Pre-trip Prayer Letter
Our team of 10 will depart on June 26 for Harare, Zimbabwe for a Global Formation Adventure! We will be serving approximately 50 orphans in a camp run by our ministry partner, Hands of Hope, by helping to run a Vacation Bible School. We covet your prayers for this second NCC trip to Zimbabwe.
