Backpack Drive + Back-to-School Fiesta! ✏️📚🌮🎉🎶

We are partnering with ¡Levantar! in the North Fair Oaks neighborhood of Redwood City for their summer backpack drive and back-to-school fiesta on Saturday, August 1.


THREE WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

DONATE by July 15: We did it! Thanks to your generosity, we exceeded our $5,000 Backpack Fund goal. Our kids, students, and other ministry groups are now assembling backpacks that will soon be distributed to North Fair Oaks students at the fiesta on August 1.

BACKPACK FUND IS COMPLETE!

DROP OFF A NEW BACKPACK by July 26: Shop for one or more backpacks (elementary age) and bring them to the sanctuary foyer by Sunday, July 26. Please include the exact items requested on the shopping list so all children receive the same things. This is a great activity to do with your kids!

VOLUNTEER @ LEVANTAR:

  • Friday, July 31 - Assemble backpacks with donated supplies from other organizations or help with fiesta set-up.

  • Saturday, August 31 - Back-to-School Fiesta! Help with set-up, kids activities, serving food, distributing backpacks, or clean up!
